I sat waiting for about 5 minutes. Keep in mind before I came I took upon myself to down so much water so I could go and be done right? I went back, we stood there for like 5 more minutes because there weren't any bathrooms available (my first thought - why call me back if I can't go into a bathroom yet?) Finally we were able to get to one and she explained everything and I went into the bathroom. You know the drill so I'm not going to go into details, but before I even had the chance to let anything happen - she literally knocks on the door telling me I had to get out! It wasn't even a minute! Um, I am sorry but if you can go into the bathroom in under a minute, do your business and get out - you are a pro. Plus, I can't just force it out of me under so much pressure? So guess what? She rudely made me get out of the bathroom. Rudely told me that she would give me water and made me SIT in the back for 30 minutes drinking that water. After that 30 minutes I really had to go again, so I told her. I went through the same process and went into the bathroom. THE SECOND, I was about to go - she knocked on the door telling me to get out. I was so angry!! Like could you give me MORE than a minute?? Let me I don't know - SIT DOWN. When I came out with nothing again, she rudely looked at me and said "really? nothing?" Then tried giving me "advice" that if I waited until I really had to go. I did have to go, every single time. But she rushed me out so fast I couldn't even have time! She rudely said "if you don't go by closing time you'll have to take it up with the company." The woman literally made me cry she was so rude. I sat in the back again for a minute, texting my mother who was waiting with me. I told her about what had happened and she told me that if I wanted to leave, I could. So I stood up, and walked right out. I didn't say a word to anyone. I have never felt so disrespected in a place like that. I will be explaining to the company the situation, making sure to let them know about this rude lady and how it was very unprofessional. Very uncaring and unprofessional. I seen Two different (so called) medical professionals there…read more(nurse factitioners) and was so disrespected I wouldn't go back if they paid me. They are all about the money and move you through like an assembly line. They don't listen to you nor care about you. They lie and then cover each other's lies. I have proof but no one cares enough to do anything about it. I've filed grievances with the practice itself along with Anthem, Medicare and the State Board of Nursing. One Star is to much. He came prepared with multiple fans and replaced my fan and help ensure the system was working appropriately as my kids play in the basement. He also recommended a safety device to continually monitor levels to make this Mama very happy. I would gladly use his services again and glad for all the good reviews that made me call him to begin with!
