Really like that they're one of the only places that carries Geek Bars. Their staff is also super friendly. However I'm giving them 3 stars because this is the 3rd time I've tried to come to the store around opening time once at this location, and the other two times at their Airline location and they weren't open. It is now 20 min after 9 (when they say they open) and they just turned on the light. Only writing this in hope they either update their hours if they aren't correct or the boss kinda stirs something in the employees to be a little more punctual as our opening their stores on time. read more

I love this place. I have waffled on buying my first vape for 3 years. The one I picked was low end just to try it out. The device itself clearly had some internal issues, but who cares when the shop goes above and beyond to fix or exchange in order to correct an issue they had nothing to do with causing. I appreciate the service I have received from Creed, Casey (sp? Sorry) and the rest of the staff. A poor experience with a single device should never detract from the service received. This shop is wonderful. 100% I would tell any person new to vaping to go to this store first. read more

Very helpful staff! Decent selection for the small size of the store. Only wish that not EVERYTHING was behind glass...totally understand why it is though. But it would be super cool if the CBD stuff wasn't behind glass, so you could pick it up and look at it for yourself. Overall great customer service! Would definitely return! read more

The young lady went above and beyond when I went to get my vape fixed. Walked out with a new tank and some new juice for around $50. She also showed me how to change the coil, etc. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Will be going back for all of my vaping needs! read more

I was told one battery cost $12.50 no exceptions since the price was so low already. Smoke Signals charges $20 for two of the same battery. For convenience I paid. After being rung up the other employee told me this store did 2 for $20 as well but since the sale was complete already it too late to make changes. What a rip off. In addition and let me add that I travel for a living and visit many vape shops. This is the ONLY Vape store where you can NOT sample juice flavors. I have no idea how these people plan to stay in business. Don't waste your money with this business. read more

Bought a new mod from this place two months ago that literally just fell apart and even after spending at least $1000 over the past year they refused to work with me on it. Super expensive and obviously don't care about keeping local customers. I'll just buy online and get the same products much cheaper. read more

I've been to 4 different shops in Baton Rouge and LA Vape and Beyond is the best one by a mile. They have a great selection of hardware and juices. Most importantly, though, they have an extremely nice and helpful staff. Each time I visit I feel like I am part of the family. read more

This shop is the shop around Baton Rouge that everyone should visit. First off you walk into a Premium shop with a beautiful layout!!! Multi tv's and pool tables is a big plus.
