I opened it and hit it in front of two of the staff members and advised them that it was broken and had a burning plastic/no flavor taste. I believe this store overcharges so much money due to the fact that they're hurting for business because of terrible staff. The staff member than proceeded to take it from me and hit it herself and was exaggerating that nothing was wrong with it. 5 minutes later when I'm leaving the store she proceeds to tell me "yes I still taste the vape flavor! That tastes great!" TLDR; Staff member gaslighted into not giving me a refund and making me question my own belief. Store is extremely overpriced and charged 20-30% more than other local stores. Wont be going here again.
