We never seem to have room for dessert though as at any creperie in France. If you're in Uzes, it's worth a stop. Only complaint I've heard from our new local friends at the table next to us was that the house cidre is too sweet. We learned in Normandy to go with demi-sec which is a solid choice between earthy and sweet, maybe not for all tastes but complements mosts gallettes very well.
