I wanted to let his fur grow out since he was a "long haired" teckel -- as it grew out, it was fuzzy soft fur not sleek fur of a LHMT. The dogs were introduced to Caroline and Caroline almost cried when she saw my 16 month old -- her response "Who was grooming this dog, they were using a clippers -- Teckels require their hair to be "pulled" [which means scrapped] -- Caroline was so sweet, she said "I can't make any promises, because I don't know what his fur looks like beneath all of "this" fuzzz. Well, 4 hours later and 4 people working on my sweet boy -- he looks amazing -- I hope Caroline took before and after pictures because the transformation was incredible.
