This was the big win of our visit to Bastia. Creative turns on local specialties. We had a…read moremulti-layered beef tartare served with black truffles over a parsnip purée - the beef was sliced into long, narrow strips to resemble pasta, but as a side benefit offered an unconventional and interesting texture. As for actual pasta, the linguine with battarga made me think I was in Italy, not France. I'd be a regular if I lived nearby. Go see them!
