I absolutely love my amazing LA Tan SORE girls especially Shayann, she is the epitome of exceptional customer service and is such an absolute delight each and every interaction I've ever engaged with with her. I have literally shown up just before closing and her opinion was "go ahead girl, if you show up here at 9pm, it's no problem whatsoever".... AND SHE ACTUALLY MEANS IT! She deserves a raise for all her hard work and dedication to ensuring nothing but the best for her customers. I would also like to recognize Ariana, who i believe is now next in command and she too is always so sweet and caring no matter what time you come in. Spray tan was not what I have ever gotten before. We used the spray booth. My husband and I got the spray tan and it cost about $120 for both of us. It was splotchy and didn't last long. We even go the "tan extender". read more

If I could give Zero stars I would. They completely rip you off. They talk you into a package, then tell you that you can only go half time because it's new bulbs, For real every time I come you have new bulbs?? The girls that work here are completely ignorant. I absolutely love coming here!! The employees here are always welcoming and friendly. They always inform me of new products that come in or if they have new bulbs. I am never pressured to buy new things or upgrades which is such a relief. The ladies here always make it a great experience and I am never stuck waiting for a bed. I tan in a bed and get sprays. Both are fantastic. The girls know me by know and always ask about my kids or animal's. It's nice to see employees get to know the clients as well to feel more welcomed. The Cocoa LA Tan location is it is the BEST salon ive ever been in. Every time I walk in im greated with a warm welcome and a clean establishment, i never leave disappointed. Shyann cares a lot about what products i am putting on my skin and always helps me find the best lotion and after care products to use . Shyann truly is the best and i recommend her to everyone. no matter what Rylee is so selfless and kind to me and is always willing to help me. They offer high quality lotions that last a long time as well as spray tans that don't make me orange. I ask about using a tanning bed, she says I wont see any results from one tan, then tells me if its my first time she'll have to put me in for HALF time (and surely charge me for full time) what an unpleasant experience. I have gone to L.A. Tan off and on for years. I try to stop by at least 3 times a week. The beds are the best around. Always clean and mostly super friendly staff. Jennie is amazing shes always on point, friendly and quick to get you in your room after someone comes out. I never have to wait around for her to get the room clean. Very knowledgeable about the products and how they work. If I ever have any questions or concerns shes quick to find a answer for me if she doesn't already know. I second the other reviewer. I tried it one time. They wouldn't tell me about the different options, wouldn't show me where the room was and didn't even offer to show me hot to start it. hose the highest level, wore a bikini and after I had no tan lines. And it was $30 for a single tan! Expensive is an understatement! I gave it the benefit of the doubt and went back today. The rudest person sat behind the counter and when I let her know I wanted to go in something stronger because the last time I didn't get color, she got defensive, saying the beds are all good. Customer service was great. Spray tan was horrible. I did the darkest level possible and could barely tell I spray tanned. I've had over 100 spray tans before and this was the worst. It was splotchy and for $35 I would have rather went in a mystic spray tan bed. read more

It was filthy and the spray tanning machine is in a laundry room with curtains covering up garbage. They don't give you anything for your feet so the bottom of your are stained for days. Staff was nice but this place needs a major overhaul. Cheap is expensive.... read more

I payed for a friend from up north to have a "one time" spray . She is light skinned and received a level 2. You could barely tell she had it done. They said it would get darker the next day. Didn't see much of a difference. She did all the steps for a longer lasting tan before the spray. Not the greatest tan. read more

Update: I had an awesome experience at LA Tan, i got a great deal, and 3 days later, my tan is gradually glowing and the bronzer fading evenly and only slightly. Reading the previous posts it seems either the business has since improved, or the customer simply did not know how to properly take care of a spray tan. I went to a wedding the next day in a white dress and had tons of compliments on my bronze skin. I laid in a level 3 bed and got a level 2 spray plus moisturizing after and assured not to shower till the next morning for best results. Brittany the receptionist was knowledgeable and sweet and gave very good detailed instructions on how to use all equipment and care for my spray tan, as it was my first time. I'm glad I overlooked the negative posts and gave them a chance, it was well worth it. Also, the manager is getting brand new top of the line spray tanning machine soon, so it's only getting better. read more

Lots of preparation for spray tan only to find out only coupon printed will work. Ok but no mention of this till I showed her my email after she told me $30 for today. The girls are all friendly and very helpful with tips on how to stand in the versa sprayer... so glad they talked me into getting in the versa which was included in my vip membership! Quick fast and easy! Perfect results! I have never been treated more RUDELY when visiting a tanning salon. The first time I went in I had questions about the packages and the girl was so rude and didn't explain anything, I actually think her comment was 'well, what do you need to know? Are you going to buy one? They are right here, what don't you understand?' Well, normally when someone asks they are going to purchase a package and needed additional information, but after her rudeness I thought I better play it safe and just buy the one tan for the day. Now, I thought I would try again seeing as every human has a bad day. Well, the second time was even worse! When I first walked in the girl was on her cell phone, she finally puts it down and rudely asks me my information. No, 'hi how are you' or 'Welcome' just simple 'last name....first name....birth date' 'Okay what do you want to do today'. After I gave her all my information I then asked a simple question to her about the eye protection and she went off about 'corporate policies', rolling her eyes and giving snotty attitude. After all was said and FINALLY done, I tan. Needless to say I won't be returning there anytime soon. When you are in a service industry you are supposed to be somewhat friendly!!!!!! read more
