Our meal here was a huge and expensive disappointment. We specifically came here to try the chuleton de vaca rubia gallega which is supposed to be a special (and pricey, 75€/kg) cut of beef. The server brought the meat out for us to look at, it was a thick slab of beef individually wrapped and labeled, presumably to prove it was the real deal. We asked for them to cook the beef medium rare and although it looked like it was cooked properly the texture of the meat was terrible, extremely hard to chew and not at all flavorful. We ate the langoustines with almonds it was very delicious !!! And then took the lobster rice, it was nice but the entrada was so good that the rice felt less delicious. Very nice selection of wine. And everything was from Galicia! The service was really really good, thank you again Paco !
