The childrenswear is upstairs - which means you have to find and take the lift if you've got a buggy (it's right at the back beside the underwear). They only sell mens slippers at Xmas time!! I only use Primark if I'm looking for a fancy dress outfit for the kids and need cheap accessories or tshirts. I also wonder about the ethics behind Primark but that discussion is for another place.

The shoe area is quite small but if you ask for something specific it may be a case that they don't have room on the shop floor and they will get it for you from the stock room. Usually the sale rail there is huge, and there is always a bargain to be had. I was even impressed by the tidiness of it all as usually you go in and it looks like a bomb has hit it at sale times!

It combines the old with the new seamlessly and has the best selection of shops around. If it's raining, you can get everything you need in here without even stepping foot outside. Heck, if it's blazing sunshine you won't have to step outside. They have every shop you could possibly want in here - new look, french connection, office, Zara, schuh, debenhams, gap and many more. The centre itself is really nice and welcoming and always had a nice atmosphere. There is never any groups of teenage goths standing around either - which I always thought came any shopping centre. The food court is good too, although there could be more seats. They have pizzas, burgers, salads and sandwiches. It's a lovely and clean environment, if I want to go shopping when I'm home I always come here.
