This was the most incredible meal we had in Italy - and is better than almost anything I've eaten…read moreanywhere. Better than New York, Los Angeles, anywhere!
The staff is so warm and friendly - they genuinely want you to have one of the best meals of your life (which they deliver).
We don't speak much Italian, and the menu being mostly in Italian we just asked the wonderful server Luciano to pick for us. We got a hot and cold antipasto - both were delicious and ideal for sharing in individual cups for serving. Then the pasta! Perfect proportions, truffle and ham or prosciutto and mushroom with Parmesan cheese. Perfectly cooked, some of the best pasta I've ever had outside of my Italian boyfriend's mother's kitchen. Finally the meat - Kobe beef from Milan, served on a hot Himalayan salt rock so you could have it at the perfect level of done to your liking.
Lastly, the chef came out and presented us with a surprise dessert - probably the best dessert I've ever had anywhere.
The entire meal was perfection. Italiano, Americano, whoever - worth the drive over from Rome or wherever you are. Skip one of the many pizzerias or subpar seafood places Pescara has to offer and get a REAL meal served with love and art. Not a meal we will soon forget. Thank you to Luciano and the chef!
