Dough was always cooked delectably with a delightful burnt crisp on the edges of the crust and a soft finish on the inside that is as close to perfect of the texture of a pizza can get. The Pizzas of the day were always superb, my favorite being a spicy pepperoni pizza with olive oil infused spinach if I recall. The inclusion of their signature spicy olive oil to drizzle atop of your pizza only adds a layer of silky, sweet and rich spiciness that I to this day dream of being able to use on every pizza I have ever had since. The ambiance is like no other either, a true respect for american hip-hop plays as the music to the place (not being aggressively loud but audible enough to give it a very human and organic quality), which by the way the choices to play MF Doom and classic Kanye tracks deserves a gold star for quality /mu/ hip-hop standards. Along with the long white tables that almost makes meals with strangers next to you feel like family gatherings. I also like the location, being able to see the skate park across the canal and being among locals. The owner was also super friendly and makes a majority of the pizzas there. If I return to France this will be my top restaurant of choice.
