La Redoute is an appalling company. I will NEVER EVER again order from them. I returned a skirt which didn't fit me in January 2018, it is now 27 March and have still not been refunded and this despite numerous emails. They are jerks, crooks and do not deserve patronage from anyone! I DO NOT recommend them. I live in Australia so it's challenging. I am so appalled by their lack of customer service.
