The food didn't disappoint. The monk fish & prawn croquettes were deeply savory (a touch more crisp would've made them perfect), while the squid risotto with grilled scallop was a dramatic, beautifully balanced standout. The raw beetroot was a standout with cream cheese, spinach, and nuts was an unexpected burst of flavor and texture, and the ceviche de Sirvia was light and citrusy. Dessert came as a surprise, the extra virgin olive oil ice cream sounded odd but was creamy, light, and genuinely delicious. The finely sliced beetroot petals filled with cream cheese, spinach, and pine nuts were to die for, dressed with lime and a drizzle of agave. The ceviche of tender whitefish with cucumber aguachile was fresh and zesty. The main courses did not let us down.
