Always follow your instinct! Empty restaurant at the entrance of Puerto Banus on a Saturday cannot be a good sign. Still came in though. I went to the bathroom and disgusting is an understatement, no toilet paper, no soap, no cleanliness. Strike two! Still, let's give it a shot! The person that took our drink order clearly had a hygiene problem because his intense body odor was invasive to be kind. Now the food...explain to me how hard you must try to ruin something fried? Hard huh? Well they can't even accomplish a simple croquetta, hot on the outside and refrigerator cold on the inside. Let's add insult to the disgusting food..you could hear the lady that was cooking complain and say to put it in the "micro". I made the mistake of continuing to try and ordered a Wagyu burger medium, and I get a rare burger that has zero taste and is probably the greasiest, blandest, poorest excuse for a burger ever, anywhere in the world. My friends ordered swordfish which was anything but fresh or from the ocean...super weird for an alleged seafood restaurant to serve frozen and microwaved fish. Everything was poorly prepared, bland and truly a shame as the location and view could make this a wonderful place yet the poor service, cleanliness and horrible food explain why on a Saturday it is empty. Not even a fly in the place! We are sorry to have interrupted the cook while she was so busy with on her cell phone at the entrance of the restaurant and even came our table by to see who the complainers were. I'm sure it was very clear as we were the only four people in the entire restaurant. AVOID this place as there are a ton of much better options in the area or take a drive and find many better options a few kilometers away. YUCK read more
