We went on a Monday, loved a ring, they didn't have on the size we needed so they "put in an order"…read more(Jesus, and the older lady who has short hair). They told us it would be ready by Thursday and they would call us. No call. We called to check up on it after we didn't hear back, the person had no idea of our order and said that they would check and we would get a call. We were around the area on Saturday again and decided to check again, since we really liked the ring. The guy who attended us blamed it on Jesus, the lady with the short hair did not recall and told us that the they looked on their system and the ring would arrive in an hr, they took our number AGAIN, and we left. When they called, they told us that the ring arrived but it was defective? And felt uncomfortable selling it that way, lol, ok. So we pretty much wasted our time to this store that apparently would be quality in every aspect.
