So, I went to their pop up store at the Stockel Christmas market, and actually would have passed them by - but my eye was caught because there was a huge crowd in front of their stall, and it seemed to be mostly made of locals. So my curiosity was piqued and I joined the line. Seven mins later, I got to the counter and saw a variety of sausages, beautifully piled up like a Christmas tree. There were three counter staff and the one I got luckily spoke English and helped me figure out the varieties of sausage flavour. I ended up getting 6 out of 10 kinds, mostly savory ones and they were all just excellent. Each bite was tasty and full of fresh flavours.
