This is a homemade ice cream and sorbet joint, visit worthy for the absolutely funky and colorful…read moredecor and vibe. Lights of all different kinds, interesting posters and art work adorn the walls, and, when we visited, some wild music was playing.
This place serves ice cream as well as cookies and some other desserts. We tried a couple of the ice cream flavors, which were delicate and fresh. Not the best ice cream we had while in Mexico, but fun to eat in this interesting locale.
Ice cream stores usually rely on lots of foot traffic. Not sure how this location, far away from the center of town, will survive. There are a couple of excellent restaurants nearby, including Catrin and Oliva Enoteca. But it's hard to imagine that these will bring in enough customers. When we were there, it was mostly teenagers snuggling on the sofas with their phones.
