La Malagueta Beach is a beach in the downtown district of the city of Malaga. It is an urban beach with dark sand located on the eastern coast of the city, between the port of Malaga and La Caleta beach.
It is about 4,000 feet long and about 150 feet wide on average. It is a popular and frequented beach due to its central location, in the neighborhood of the same name. It has all kinds of services like bathrooms, showers, children's play areas, hammocks and umbrellas, beach bars, buses for arrival, etc.
In the months of June, July and August, the summer cinema takes place, in which movies are shown and can be accessed completely free of charge.
