I was told by a Tabac representative at this location that purchasing a specific prepaid card would…read moresolve my issues. I was hesitant at first... but the lady was reassuring and said she had done it before herself. It also helped that she spoke English quite well. Well it turns out that I couldn't use this card. Seeing that I couldn't use the product, I returned the next day. The same representative no longer spoke English and based from my broken French told me it was, "my problem" and she couldn't give me a refund. It's amazing the difference of 24 hours. She barely gave me the time of day. 750 euros down the drain. I would strongly suggest to avoid this Tabac.
