They sit there for hours, chatting away, enjoying very good coffee.
This place gets busy, especially on Tuesdays, as it's Market Day. Rest of the week, it's ideal for a quiet chat.
Service is good; terrace adjacent to road, which isn't brilliant, but it's not really dangerous at all. And you can watch one of the fountains change shape from your table. Drinks very reasonably priced, too.
