Levanti Gelato had long queues when I went by and I quickly realised why - it's the best gelato in town. It's amazingly high quality, they have a massive selection (including about eight chocolates alone), and the prices are really reasonable. I had the second to smallest cone for £2 and was able to get three different flavours (usually I think they do two for this size but I asked nicely). They speak English and Spanish, and maybe other languages too. Cash only (don't be like the annoying tourists in front of me who assumed they could pay by credit card).
In short, Levanti's is amazing and is a required stop during any trip to Alicante!
