We started with a platter of regional cheeses. The waitress was very helpful in describing what was available. We were still hungry after the starter, so we ordered a classic French open-faced ham and cheese sandwich. There were four different types of cheese on it. It was so incredibly creamy! Didn't open for dinner until 7PM. It filled with mostly locals by 8. We were lucky to get in without a reservation Food was outstanding. All 4 of us were pleased. Wine list was solid for casual dining and mixed drinks were available also. Waiter was local and spoke excellent English. They also had a few English language menus available so ordering was easy Portions were large for the entrees. We all ended up leaving parts uneaten
