A cool little bar, tucked away from the main streets of Conil, but with a real taste of authentic Andalusia. Here, you can often catch flamenco being played by some old, respected masters, with impromptu gigs involving half the bar joining in. The place is cosy, but there's a terrace outside where you can drink your Cruzcampo or cocktail and just chill out until the early hours. Ask for a Chupito (and not Chupita!) of your favourite spirit if you're feeling the need for some Dutch courage before attempting your own flamenco dancing though :)
There's a certain air of magic to Jacaranda, perhaps aided by certain products of Morroco, that really captures a sense of community. The mix of people, young kite-surfers to the wrinkled guitarists, are really there to celebrate an Andalusia which, sadly, is being eroded by the inevitable encroachment of development.
