Park right by the train station and it's a three to five minute walk.

And if needed, if we're out of bread for our evening meal, someone would make another bread run in the afternoon. With 12 people in the house, we needed a lot of bread just for one day. This place is also a patisserie, so it also sells eclairs, tarts and other sweets that would satisfy the sweet tooth. And attached to this place is a Salon de Thé, so you can have a rather nice afternoon tea here.

We stopped in after lunch and they were in the back, making treats. The shop has all kinds of things. It's small but packed. The flagship macarons are sold in multiples- baked right onto the paper square so you can divide the sheet easily for sharing. They also have large size ones. The cookies are tasty. Service was prompt. It's a tourist thing to do, so I'm glad we did it.

There are no two caneles that are the same, each bakery has their own style and texture. This is located near the tourist bus area or the Cardinal hotel. Very easy to find. Friendly staff that only speaks French. They have a calculator to show you the amount you owe. They accept credit cards for purchases over €10.
