They were very professional right from the first conversation, they had photo samples of their work, they had a clear and decent price structure. The final product was delivered on time and it was of superb quality looking exactly how I wished for the flowers to look like. I am very grateful to Mrs Sam for how well she supoorted me with all flower arrangements for my Big Day. Before contacting Flower Haven I had been in touch with an independent wedding florist who did not listen to my needs, the local West London florist who ignored me for 3 weeks, the online florist who increased the prices when I specified my needs. Thank you Flower Haven for doing such a great job for your local community. Mrs & Mr R Happy Newlyweds since the 16th of June 2018

Weddings: I have seen Lisa's be-autiful work many times, so there was never any question that she'd be in charge of my wedding flowers. She is a pleasure to work with, and this is why: - She is more organised than I could ever be...so she helped guide me and gave awesome suggestions (with the help of pinterest) - I had a vague idea of what I thought'd look pretty, but she took my ideas and improved them until my wedding venue looked amaaazing. Her flowers made the dusty old barn (wedding venue) look fresh, and smell lovely. - My bouquet (and my bridesmaid bouquets) were sooo gorgeous! - She even made a flower chandelier(!) - She loves vintage pots and glasses so her flower arrangements don't look formal or boring. I loved that! - She gets the most beautiful flowers! Seriously my light blue delphiniums and peachy pink roses were perfect. Also, she managed all this why also being a bridesmaid. This lady is a multitasking queen! Flower workshops: Recently Miss Victoria's Floral Emporium has moved to a new studio in East Dulwich, and I was lucky enough to attend one of her first floral crown making workshops. It was such a giggle! I got to make friends with a lovely group of ladies over tea and cake, and then Lisa showed us all how to make beautiful headdresses. I'll upload some photos so you yelpers can get the idea... Our workshop yesterday was a special (free) trial, but I think this would be SUCH a cool thing to do on a hen party, or a birthday...or just for fun if you have creative, flower-loving friends. She has loads of different workshop options, so take a peek: http://www.missvictoriasfloralemporium.co.uk/#!workshops/c1d7x If you live in south London, you should definitely visit...and if you live north of the river like me, it is still worth getting on a train to visit this calm and pretty studio.

The mass market of mini sainsburys Mini waitrose & mini co-op all selling flowers as a loss leader has nailed this fab little shop down. All three have opened shops within 50 metres of its front door. (For those who don't know, a loss leader is any goods sold for @ or near its purchase price. Sometimes even below it to entice you within. Often no care of the plants and flowers occur , the shop makes more profit on a tube of sweets than flowers and it just goes into the skip. A good flower shop like Mr. Buttercups had expertise cared for their plants and alas now. It has gone. So say goodbye to a shop that's been in Putney. Serving the community for over 23 years. Birth deaths marriages. It has seen. And all those roses at valentines day. Goodbye. You WILL be MISSED.

All of the bouquets they have sent to my mother over the last 3 years were excellent. Plenty of flowers with a compliment of foliage, long lasting and the delivery service was excellent. She was disabled so quite slow coming to the door, but having advised them of this, there was never an issue with needing a repeat delivery. They send an email with picture of the finished bouquet to the person that ordered the bouquet, also detailing that it was delivered. Great customer service! When my mother passed this year, I used Perfect Moment for the funeral flowers. All 4 of the bouquets were amazing and exactly what we had discussed Mum would like. They were customized from the standard bouquets/pictures and the team were very friendly and helpful. I cannot speak highly enough of their kindness during a difficult time.

Will never order here again

We got our wedding flowers from here in March and they exceeded my expectations (I have very high standards people). We met with Louise, who became our florist, and she got exactly what I wanted, straight up. She has a abundance of floral knowledge, she's JANE PACKER TRAINED and was willing to take my ideas on board, mixed with hers and hey presto...best wedding flowers ever. I wanted a vintagey, gardeny, quaint feel. I provided some birdcages, jugs and cake stands and mentioned colours and she did the rest. Hung the cages in trees etc Provided the EXACT shade of nude pink roses I was lusting after. I think I hugged her on wedding morning...may of scared her but was so impressed. And I hadn't even seen the gardens/reception barn/ceremony room yet! Sigh. Happy memories. The store itself is lovely. Sells lots of cool, vintage looking, shabby chic home-wares alongside her beautiful selection of flowers. Lots of unusual looking ones as well. This is a cut above the rest. Birthday/wedding/etc cards provide interest too. Everything is well priced. No complaints at all. Expecting hubbie to provide enormous Kendalls bouquet for Valentines.
