As I approached the area to purchase the Dubai chocolate strawberries, two employees looked directly at me and did not acknowledge me at all. No greeting, no "someone will help you," nothing despite making clear eye contact. Meanwhile, a white couple was actively being helped at the same time. Being ignored like that is not only unprofessional, it is disrespectful. All customers deserve to be acknowledged and treated with basic courtesy. This experience left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome, which is unfortunate given that I've been a repeat customer. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses customer service expectations so that this doesn't happen to anyone else.

They used to be worse about labeling prices, but they've gotten better. Unfortunately my most recent visit had a couple items on the receipt that were scanned extra times and my partner hadn't noticed. Staff if always nice and helpful otherwise.
