I would say a little above average - I've had a lot of lasagna in my lifetime :-) Service is rapid but a little stale and little to no smiles received. The coffee is a bit dark for my taste but still some very good coffee available. In addition to the good coffee I must also recommend the salads that are excellent, especially the parma and the salsiccia salads. The smoothies are also fresh and delicious.
