Really beautiful design. Their kitchen at the front of the house is for show only, as explained by…read morethe host. Apparently it is only used for steaming dishes and adding garnishes/finishing touches (like the green onions, bean sprouts, and nori strips added to the top of my dumpling noodle soup)! Their main kitchen is downstairs and they use a dumb waiter to move dishes up and down. I got chicken soup with homemade flour noodles and shrimp and pork dumplings. And it came with spinach garnish too. So good. I really needed a vegetable. Too much meat and carbs so far on this trip. This was a great stop for some fiber haha. The menu was a mixture of cuisines with teriyaki, kimchi, curry, baos and more. I decided to try the beef noodle soup. My server was quite patient with my broken Spanish. She came back with my chopsticks and spoon along with a bread plate and a tasty pate. I could've eaten more. The food was brought up from the basement kitchen. My bowl was rich with chewy noodles and generous amounts of tender Argentinian beef and spinach. I paid via credit card at my table and there was no surcharge.
