    just the worst ever. now i know why most of the venues in cc don't work with her. unprofessional in every way, just horrible.

They did my bouquet and all bridesmaid bouquets, groom & groomsmen flowers, pew flowers and alter flowers. They also were very accomodating when I just wanted table linens and twinkle lights for the reception instead of their full-on reception decorations. I was very thankful they came and did that small amount for the reception, most companies would not have agreed unless you buy the whole show! I had created my own table centerpieces and decor and only needed table linens and some twinkle lights over the picture windows. They were a dream to work with and we had no problems at all. If you are willing to spend BIG, Razzle Dazzle is the place to go, but approach this business with patience and an open check book. I guess that wasn't so positive. The flowers were also beautiful. My friend's mother who attended my wedding used to be a florist. She said that the flowers were incredible, but when I told her how much the flowers alone were, she basically told me I got robbed. It gets even better, the first appointment I had was with Curtis. Curtis was AMAZING. I loved him. During my first consultation we just discussed some ideas, colors, themes, etc, however, when I returned to Razzle Dazzle about a month later, Curtis had been "let go." I have a feeling he quit because of the terrible people he had to work with on a daily basis, but the women at Razzle Dazzle insisted that he was "let go" because providing false promises to brides. Doubt it. Aida, the owner of Razzle Dazzle picked up my wedding, and had me reschedule with her. When I returned for my *new* appointment, she claimed that "somebody" didn't write me in the books for the day. I LITERALLY SAW HER WRITE MY NAME AND TIME ON HER SCHEDULE DURING OUR LAST MEETING. So, another reschedule. This next appointment, Aida was supposed to have my table viewings in the showroom. I had two different table options and neither of them were set up when I went in for this appointment. Aida had her staff create a half-ass version of what my tables were supposed to look like. This table viewing is extra by the way. At this point, I was praying that Razzle Dazzle was going to make it to my wedding. The other 2 issues are pretty major as well. My bouquet for my bridal portraits were beautiful, my bouquet for my wedding was twice the cost and looked pretty much the same as my bridesmaids' bouquets. Oh, and they never returned my mother's veil to me that I incorporated into my bouquet. DO NOT USE RAZZLE DAZZLE. They will seriously make you resent a great portion of your wedding planning experience, but like I said at the beginning, my actual ceremony and reception looked amazing. People told me it was the most gorgeous wedding they had ever been to, but I'm still not sure it was worth the money and the stress...

    This is a review and evaluation of the catering service provided by Christi May 2016 for a catered…read morebachelorette party in Rockport, TX. Overall, Christi was enthusiastic, but provided a service far below expectations. This is honest feedback I will go through each event and expectation individually. The agreed upon service was full service catering from 7-9pm with a menu agreed upon by both parties. Short Summary - Christi showed up over an hour late with notice only after the event should have started, needing help with set up and clean up, we did not receive 2/3 of the agreed upon menu (some things broke/spilled in transit, some were forgotten, some not even attempted, the carpet needed to be cleaned after chicken juice was spilled from front door to kitchen on white carpet, untimely disruption of the event during food preparation to ask opinions. Dinner served 2.5 hrs late. Cookies stained mouth black, "Specialty drinks" unable to be consumed by most due to taste. All the unopened left over food and drinks were taken home by the caterer. Christi was open to receiving feedback. We agreed on a refund, and less than 1/4 of that refund was paid after an extended amount of time. I do not recommend her for any event. Menu Summary - Unsatisfied with 6 out of 9 menu items; 4 of 9 menu items were not served at the event, 2 of 9 items were completely inedible (candy and martinis); 1 food item left an undesirable effect (cookies staining mouth black) The purpose of hiring a professional catering service is to free myself and my guests from food preparation and cleanup of dinner to be served at an agreed upon time. We helped to unload the car (we volunteered to do this to help speed up service since you were running over an hour late), we were free from helping to prepare, then we helped with clean up so we could get to our next event since the catering service ended an hour and a half after expected time. Several other areas of dissatisfaction is that during our gift shower: I. She tried to get my attention while the bride was opening gifts. The part that upset me about this was that she tried to call me to the kitchen while the bride was opening my gift. This took away from my moment with the bride, and left the bride feeling uncomfortable and interrupted. I felt that we were rushed to eat, and put onto the food's schedule instead of the food being on our schedule due to the tardiness of the beginning of the service. II. The container with the chicken was leaking, and left a stain of flavored chicken juice on the carpet from the entry of the house, up the stairs, and partially to the kitchen. Now we are left to not only assist in kitchen clean up, but now we need to have the carpets cleaned due to the orange drip trail left by you, the caterer. III. The leftovers purchased for our party with our money were not left for us. While the opened leftovers remained in our possession, a handle of rum and the remaining bags of unopened chips were not found after she had left. It is my understanding that these things were purchased with the money given to her before the party and therefore should have remained in our possession even if they were not opened at the party. Save yourself stress and find another caterer!

I know others might argue, this is a 3 star, especially with the beautiful over the top reception places in Houston, but this place makes perfect sense for Corpus Christi. It's simple, chic, and best of all the packages are affordable. (I went to see how much events cost there. I feel my Houston wedding which was beautiful and 5 stars all the way, cost like a jillion dollars compared to their prices and my event venue wasn't on the crazy expensive side either.) The venue allowed family to do a very traditional old school, Mexican style wedding, with them cooking for all the guests and helping with serving. There were staffers there, who were mainly in charge of clean up and making sure the bride/groom had what they needed. I assume having the staff serve costs more, but seeing that traditional old school style wedding to me was great. Bathrooms were large and clean. Dance space was a tad on the smaller size, but nothing that could prevent a party. Decoration space is basically dependent on how you decorate your wedding. It can be a chic wedding, a traditional one, or something else entirely. Look if you're in Corpus and you're on a budget come here. The bride that had her wedding here was in the Houston area, so they do work with out of town brides too. It's a space for mid sized weddings, so if you need 300 plus, you may need to look elsewhere. With this economy, definitely give this place a shot. You need a wedding, not spend money on a down payment to a 400K house. Go tour it. You'll notice it's simple, but with a keen decorating eye you can make this space be yours, which is great for a girl on a budget.

Mari C, Mari M, and Dani were all knowledgeable, attentive and accommodating. The event space was clean, organized and cute! Our shower guests complimented the space and atmosphere. We were so happy with our experience and would definitely recommend this venue to others for their special events! Thank you Legacy Event Center for all your help in throwing our baby shower!
