They took a brand new 350 euro jumpsuit that which fit me perfectly and needed to be ONLY hemmed at the pantleg for length and instead they altered the zipper and the waist line. When I picked it up, I could not fit it over my hips - AT ALL. They tried to claim they didn't alter anything other than the hem - they COMPLETELY gaslit me and said it must not have fit before, they didn't touch it. It wasn't until I showed them a photo of me wearing it a week before in their dressing room that the other one admitted they messed up. They promised to fix it by the next day. It was "ready" two days later -- when I picked it up, it was completely destroyed, the inside was torn up and I could hear it rip as I pulled it on. I could now get it on (barely) but it no longer fit at all like it did before. They once again claimed it was perfect, they hadn't done anything wrong and SCREAMED at me. I had another person with me to witness all of this and she simply couldn't believe the treatment either. I took the jumpsuit back to the store I had bought it at just to show them (they had recommended Yaya) and they were APPALLED. They agreed the garment had been destroyed. I am furious that this beautiful piece was ruined, but most of all, I simply cannot believe how the women at Yaya treated me. I've never really written a bad review, but I'd give them a zero if I could. (By the way - their solution was to give me back 16 euros, which as it turned out was to cover the alteration to the mid-section that I had never asked for. They still made me pay for the hemline and they gave me nothing for the ruined garment. They wouldn't even give me a bag to carry it home in, claiming they didn't have any). I have never been treated so rudely or lied to to my face (twice!) in my life. I still can't even believe it.
