They also have dessert drinks too, meaning you can have a late night drink here too. They are open late and have many places to sit and relax and enjoy the glorious creations. When we are in Mojacar, we go as much as possible. It is great because they are open very late, and everyone stops by throughout the day and night. It's a local hot spot right on the main stretch of town and close to the beach. There are often many people but they have abundant seating so finding a place is usually easy. I don't know why you can't find gelato this good in more places but there is definitely a special technique they use and the quality of ingredients must be hand picked to make it stand head and shoulders above all the other gelato shops here, and most other places I have been around the world. If you are in Mojacar, you must try their gelato! I love the two owners who are also always in the shop working away. They make different flavors all the time and have so many to choose no matter what your taste.

Levanti Gelato had long queues when I went by and I quickly realised why - it's the best gelato in town. It's amazingly high quality, they have a massive selection (including about eight chocolates alone), and the prices are really reasonable. I had the second to smallest cone for £2 and was able to get three different flavours (usually I think they do two for this size but I asked nicely). They speak English and Spanish, and maybe other languages too. Cash only (don't be like the annoying tourists in front of me who assumed they could pay by credit card). In short, Levanti's is amazing and is a required stop during any trip to Alicante!
