Our car was the middle car and it was completely totaled. The driver who hit us from behind did not have insurance, so the claim had to go through my own insurance policy with $300,000 coverage. My wife and my two children were also in the car during the accident. The case took about one year to finish. During that time, I personally collected and delivered many of the important documents, including the police report, medical records, and medical bills. I expected the law office to handle more of this process, but in many cases I had to follow up and provide documents myself. In several situations the office asked for documents that I had already submitted multiple times. Communication with the office was also frustrating. Some of the staff spoke in a very aggressive and unfriendly tone, which made the experience even more stressful for our family. When the case finally closed, the outcome was very disappointing. After attorney fees were deducted, the total settlement for both of my children together was about $10,000, and my wife received about $36,000. Considering the accident involved a totaled vehicle and multiple passengers, we expected a very different result. My personal experience with this office was not what I hoped for when we first signed the agreement. I recommend that anyone considering this law firm carefully research and compare other options before making a decision.

I signed contract to have this law firm handle my slip and fall case at a resturaunt that left me severe ly injured in my back, legs and feet. for almost 2 years i was led to believe that my case was going to court and that trial was imminent. however that was not the case. I recieved a letter of termination of my case from the firm stating that they would not be handleing my case. so i called the firm and asked for all information pertaining to my case evidence, witness statments video you know the stuff that one collects to make a case. Orders for the doctors visit that were made for me by the firm. all that stuff. A week later I recieve a small envelope in the mail that has only the paper work that showed the case had been filed with the courts. Absolutely nothing else. and while going over the paper work i noticed that the case hadnt been filed for a whole year after the accident and that he filed me in pro per with out my knowledge or approval. so he held onto my case not gathering any kind of evidence or video footage or anything then he held onto it for another 7 months doing nothing and finally decides to give me a termination letter. Now i signed a contract that was on a contingency basis and that should we win he would recieve 45 % of the winnings. he sent me to doctors who told him my back was screwed as well as my legs and feet. he totally screwed me on this because he did no gathering of evidence and the resturaunt i slipped in deffinetly records everything so because two years goes by now there is no footage. this was a pretty easy case to do butou have a problem with h for some reason he just shit on me. Thanks Mr Shamsi. Was It because i was homeless at the time and you have a problem with homeless people. because when your firm found out i was homeless they started to treat me completely different. He never took my calls alwaqys some asssistant that would lie to me and tell me hes working on ypour file and not to worry because we are going to trial. I would never hire this guy again even if i was told by the courts that he has to fix it or represent me i wouldnt want it. oh and he never even served the business to let them know they were being sued.
