This little bookstore is super cute!…read more It's located in the nice area of Mexico city's downtown--in fact, it's located in the historic building that hosts several gems such as Azul Historico, La Botica, etc. Here you can buy unique mementos such as 3D greeting cards, and slang books to help you master the nuances of telling someone off in true Mexican style! And when you're done, stop next door to La Botica to taste some Mezcal :)

A very cute shop selling book, little gifts, and unique chocolates. We stopped by again…read morespecifically for the chocolates and asked for a recommendation on somewhere local to eat, which did not disappoint. This place LOOKS cool, and they do have some interesting stuff. But they are absolute rip-off…read moreartists. I got charged EIGHT DOLLARS for a single postcard (which was probably free to them, because it's an ad). I live in one of the most expensive cities in the world, and even here, postcards are less than $1, maybe up to $2 if it's something special. I didn't even notice until I got home and checked my receipt. Seriously, avoid this place unless you want to get fleeced. They're basically thieves.
