It was just past 9 PM when we arrived at La Chens by Nola, and they promptly seated our party of five.
The restaurant is located on the edge of the beachy downtown area of Moraira so that is nice. We sat on the patio and enjoyed the cool breeze.
The food was pretty good but not five-star quality. Satisfying for sure.
However, the food is a bit pricey and they nickel and dime you to death. For instance, they provide a large plank of fish with a tiny, tiny side of tarter. Then charge you a Euro for an equally small extra serving. It's another Euro for a splash of ketchup. We've been in Spain for a month and this is our first encounter of such frivolous charges.
Overall, the place is pretty decent and you will probably have an enjoyable meal. read more
