+ During lunch, many of the dishes are prepared in an open kitchen concept. For example, I had a salad ant there is bar in the middle of the restaurant that is loaded with fresh vegetables. It is here that my salad was constructed. Our waiter added the vinegar and oil.
+ The servers are all long-time professionals. Well dressed and enjoying what they do - total pro's
+ The prosciutto (also sliced and prepared within eye-sight is as good as any I've ever eaten.
+ The pasta with shrimp and squid was outstanding. I've never had squid that was so "not chewy". Perfect blend of seafood and sauce and pasta
+ Overall an over the top superior lunch dining experience. I'd go back here in a heartbeat.
