I took advantage of the laundry facilities as well as the communal area outside the laundry, enjoying a cup of tea while I waited for the dryer to finish. The hotel is a beautiful old girl and your renovations have given her some new glory days. The murals, comfortable communal areas and flower arrangements are simply lovely. Your staff did a great job on the room and everyone I met here has been so kind and accommodating. I stopped off here in Glasgow on a cross-country trek on Amtrak so that I could stretch out the stiffness from train travel and sleep soundly for a night. The whole place was extremely clean and comfortable. We were thankful for the Cottonwood after a long day of driving! We also were glad we didn't have to go somewhere for dinner. We had a delicious meal in the restaurant. Garret was our server- he did a great job and made us laugh. Breakfast was equally delicious. The restaurant itself is spacious, bright and staff attentive. The only improvement would be to fix the jets on the hot tub near our room. Only 2 jets worked, but it was still a relaxing way to end our long day.

We stayed during hunting season, so they were full and busy, and she helped us with everything we needed (extra coffee for our three-day stay.) Our room was a pet-friendly room (complete with a fancy kennel) although we decided last minute not to bring the dogs. The beds were comfortable and plenty of pillows. There is a keurig machine for coffee, two reg and two decaf pods to get you started, a microwave, mini-fridge and a TV (although we never even turned it on. Wi-fi was sufficient so that I could work at night. The bathroom is teeny-tiny and there is just a stand-alone sink, so nowhere to put any toiletries. The shower is really the only less than stellar thing about the place. The water pressure is lacking. But honestly after a long, cold day hunting, the hot water was welcomed regardless of the spray. I had to turn the hot handle full on and only a smidge of cold, but I was eventually able to rinse off. Plenty of towels, and they were nice and thick. We were very pleasantly surprised for this tiny (although lovely) town.
