The restaurant is located on the second floor overlooking the park at Plaza Grande in the center of Merida. Despite its location the prices are very reasonable and the food was excellent. Port filets served with a fresh lettuce salad (with tomato, cucumber, and radish) and a grilled onion. The filets were well seasoned and tasted even better the morning after.
The marguerita was OK; I would rate it a 6 in my 1-10 competition scale in the "best marguerita" contest, but the way it was served could have been the result of a break down in communication rather than anything else.
Service was very courteous with no English spoken; so brush off your spanish. Menu had photos so ordering was no problem. read more
