If you are in the area, definitely give it a chance! This felt like a hidden gem, given that it is in a food court (Grand Canal Shoppes in The Venetian) with ample shared seating. I ordered the Las Vegas bowl: - Brisket: Smokey, juicy, and tender while the fat was rendered, adding so much more flavor - Chicken: Fall-off-the bone tender, yet not mushy, and was well seasoned - Pork: Juicy: Good texture with a mild flavor, so it let the saices shine - Rice: There was a lot, but they poured what I believe was au jus over it, so I could not stop eating it I also ordered a side of Mac salad, but it had zero flavor. I would try an alternative when returning. (I recall their elote being great at the Artesia location.)

Wow! What a surprise this little place ended up being to my Mom and I who were doing circles around the Food Court at the Mall. We were hungry but did not have anything particular in mind - then, a lady working at LA Brisket called us over her way. She was equipped with 2 toothpicks- each containing a chunk of brisket for us to try out. To be honest, just walking by the place, I probably wouldn't stop.... I am picky about brisket. I have never had very good luck with a "fast food" type BBQ??? It's typically more of a "mystery meat" and after you've finished your meal, you often find yourself wondering what you actually just ate... However, I am so grateful that the sample was handed out to us, because this place had one of the best briskets I've had in quite some time!! We were both shocked & our search for the perfect lunch was OVER. We got brisket bowls. The meat was so fresh, flavorful, juicy, and not overly fatty. It was simply incredible. Their BBQ sauce & Tomatillo salsa were also delicious! I wish I would have asked for 2 containers of each sauce. Another great point is that their prices are low considering the quality of the meat. So you can have a wonderful high quality meal for the same price as a trip through some mediocre fast food burger joint. Next time we are in Vegas, I know the first place I'll be stopping for dinner! Yum!!

Excellent choice for a solid meal with reasonable price considering the amount of brisket they top onto your plate. I ordered a salad ($19) with 4 free toppings (potato salad, onion, quinoa, and mushroom) with brisket. Super tender, juicy and fatty meat which is my vibe!

I truly wasn't expecting to find brisket this good in a food court! LA Brisket is a bit tucked away inside the Venetian, but it's absolutely worth seeking out. On both visits, the staff was incredibly friendly--each time offering me a sample of the brisket with a big smile. I'll admit I was skeptical at first, but one bite completely changed my mind. The brisket is insanely tender and juicy--easily some of the best I've had anywhere. I liked it so much that I came back TWO DAYS IN A ROW (out of my 4-day trip), which says a lot. On my first visit, I ordered the 710 sandwich, their classic brisket with BBQ sauce. The sauce was rich and flavorful, and a perfect match for the meat. The next day, I tried the 405 topped with garlic aioli, caramelized onions, and sautéed mushrooms. Different flavor profile, equally excellent. Both sandwiches were generously packed with meat. Each time, they also offered extra sauces on the side. The 405 was paired with a refreshing cilantro green sauce, which is absolutely necessary for the full experience and really elevates the sandwich. I didn't even think to take a photo the first time because I was too eager to dig in, but I snapped one on my second visit. You can clearly see how loaded the 405 is with brisket. I haven't been to their LA location yet, but if this Vegas outpost is any indication, they're doing something very right. A true hidden gem in the Venetian food court--highly recommend seeking it out.

This place surprised us with how fresh and delicious it was. Located in the food court of the grand Canal shops. They were offering free samples of brisket. Meat was cooked perfectly and not over season. You can build your own bowls, so I was able to eat a really fresh, healthy, tasty dinner before our show. Hit the spot perfectly!

Hands down the best BBQ in Vegas. I crave this place often!!!…read more I esp love the burnt ends. The pork ribs and sausage are my next favorite. Brisket is delicious too. You seriously cannot go wrong. I've yet to try the shrimp or turkey or chicken. The sides are all delicious too. My favs are the coleslaw. It has a mild honey mustard flavor which I love. The eggplant is insane. It has an Asian flavor which is my favorite. Corn muffins are fire and the pickles are delicious and available to buy by the jar which I have multiple times. They have some daily specious too like the burger which is fire. The musabi is soooo good. I wish they had it everyday. The pastrami sandwich is so good too. Is thick cut like brisket and doesn't taste like regular pastrami but still so good. I love this place

I keep coming back, which says something in itself…read more Every Thursday they feature burgers, and they always have their signature Dandan: two 100% brisket patties quick-fried in tallow, topped with cheddar cheese and Dandan sauce on a butter-griddled brioche bun. This week they also offered two specials -- the Oklahoma (Dandan with grilled onions) and the Jalapeño Oklahoma (Dandan with grilled onions and jalapeños). The Dandan has been on my list for a while, so I finally pulled the trigger. I called around 11:30 a.m. and was promptly helped by a friendly employee. After a quick chat about which of the three was best, I went with the Jalapeño Oklahoma and a side of Brussels sprouts. I've had the sprouts before and really liked them -- they felt like a slightly healthier alternative to the usual fried sides. (Though when I arrived to pick up my order, it seemed like everyone else was happily devouring onion rings, which made me second-guess that choice.) As expected, there was a line stretching out the door. I quickly realized I was the only one actually waiting outside. Several people walked straight in, bypassed the line, and got helped right away. Turns out a group of 3-4 people had already ordered and were just hanging out inside in the AC while they waited. Lesson learned: if you've already placed your order, just walk in next time. While I waited, the staff brought out an ice-cold cup of their fresh cantaloupe juice. It's very sweet and genuinely delicious -- highly recommend. I took everything to go and ate at home, so I can't speak to temperature. The burger was big and loaded with meat and cheese -- you couldn't really see the jalapeños or onions at first, but they announced themselves with the first bite. The brisket patties cooked in tallow deliver a deep, rich beef flavor. They're a little firmer than a standard burger (as expected with brisket), so if you're someone who likes a lot of vegetables and toppings, this might not be your ideal burger. But if you're after a straight-up, beef-forward, no-frills experience, you won't be disappointed. The Brussels sprouts were excellent as always -- perfectly balanced with a sweet-tangy balsamic glaze. Let's be honest... I'll definitely be back. Next time I'm trying the classic Dandan -- and those onion rings.

The sausage was a jalapeño cheddar sausage. For my side, I had mac & cheese and coleslaw. To start off, this is a great place. If I could give it 4 1/2 stars I would but I like to round up. Brisket is really good but a little dry in the mouth. Great Smoky flavor. The mouth-feel was just a little off. It was a little dry, but not bad. The pulled pork was wonderful. Nice Smoky flavor. Nice and tender and juicy. Felt great to chew in my mouth and did not feel dry. A+ for the Pork. The jalapeño cheddar sausage was amazing. Really well done. Flavor was great texture was great. Just a little kick, which was great. I always wish there was more kick, but I understand you got a cater to your customers. One thing I was kind of concerned about was the temperature of the coleslaw. It should be really cold, but it was just kind of a little bit of above lukewarm, but not really cold. Coleslaw should be cold. The mac & cheese was pretty good. Needs a little bit more liquid in it but the flavor was awesome. And it looks like they prepackage the Mac 'n cheese in containers and then sprinkle some cheese on top. That's a nice touch, but it makes the whole container of mac & cheese dry out. They only have one barbecue sauce. It was pretty good. But to me the best way to judge barbecue is if it doesn't eat barbecue sauce. And this did not need barbecue sauce. It was just a nice addition. Great ambience. Great music playing. Very clean and well kept area. I would definitely come back when I'm on this side of town.
