We both had the classic buckwheat galettes: mine was the traditional Complète featuring ham, egg and Gruyère; my wife's added mushrooms. Both were absolutely delicious. To accompany the meal, we chose the excellent local cider, Val de Rance Brut, served in traditional bowls. One bowl for her, a half-liter for me! It was the finest cider I've ever tasted. Great service, too.
