Los Arbolitos is known for fresh top quality seafood and has evolved into more gourmet options available in their menu. Nowadays you can find shrimp or fish prepared with exotic flavors such as mango, tamarind or hibiscus. However, the traditional dishes can still be found. For example, their long list of seafood cocktails (Shrimp, Shrimp+Octopus, Shrimp+Scallop, etc.), their aguachiles and traditional recipes for fish or shrimp are still available. Unlike other Arbolitos, this Hermosillo locations has two annexed venues: the seafood Arbolitos and the steak Arbolitos. Just ask the host and you'll be guided to the right section if the restaurant. Excellent service, very clean place, and the food is both delicious and unique. Hermosillo has some of the best food *in the world*, and great options for mariscos, but Cayomango's menu is different than all others. Today I had the Tostada Wonton and it's a very original take on a seafood tostada. It was so good I ordered a second one. The tuna was fresh, the wonton tostada exactly the thickness you'd want, and the portions perfectly appropriate. It's a tad one the expensive side, but that doesn't take away from the rating in this case, as it's still worth every cent.

There were other people dining on the patio as well so this area was also busy. Service was very slow and it took forever for the server to come to us. The food took some time as well and after it was dropped off, we never again saw our server. She was friendly when we did see her but then she just went MIA. We were in need of condiments and silverware and we had to flag someone else down for them. The burgers were dry, did not have flavor, and my patty seemed to be burnt. Prices are high and the quality is ehh not too good. The only saving grace were the fries..

There are only a few places that stand out after living south of the border for the past 3 years. One of them was in the state of Sonora, but it was not Holy Cow. But since Sonora is cow country, I had higher hopes. Overall, everything lacked flavor. The chocolate shake. The burger, the overcooked, over-crispy fries and the BBQ sauce. Speaking of BBQ sauce, why are they filling the Heinz ketchup bottles with that?
