Zero customer service. Every staff member standing around talking instead of helping in groups of 3…read moreor 4, laughing and literally even getting in the way. Customers have masks completely off and staff isn't saying anything. The worst Home Depot for help/service, and that's really saying something. We asked an employee to put his mask on since he had it completely below his chin and he got so rude and angry. They charged us triple for the wood and wouldn't refund it. Other than the one girl who cut blinds for us here, every employee should be fired. All the managers as well because there is clearly zero management here. Worst hardware store experience ever across two provinces.
