Amazing find off the beaten path in Amboise. The menu is pretty extensive and they have menu plans that seem to save a little money. I got an 18 euro for the plat and dessert. The plat was pork andouillette sausage with green beans. The portions were large. The pork was 240 grams. It was a bit fatty and a nice bit of spice. The outside was grilled with a hint of char. They also provide a very nice gravy to dip it into. I liked everything very much but could not finish. The chocolate mousse was pretty good. Better than some in Paris. I liked the texture. I had a 37.5 cl bottle of Chateau des Tours Beaujolais for 13.9 euro that was OK. I normally do not like Beaujolais much but thought I would try it. Sevice was OK and they have an English copy of the menu. Pay as you leave. The whole meal was 32.60.
