I had, though, a genuinely memorable appetizer--a perfectly poached egg on a cream of cauliflower soup with a touch of coconut cream. Silky, sumptuous, perfectly seasoned. Absolutely worth a visit to see what other surprises Fleur de Sel can offer.

The restaurant is very classy and the personal very elegant and professional. Your lunch or dinner will start will start with a delicious amuse bouche , perfect way to trigger your appetite!
