Of course, like all Chiringuitos, you cannot beat the location. Any closer and you would be in the…read moresea. There is plenty of terrace and indoor seating all maximizing the sea views. The service was great, very pleasant, very attentive. The food was absolutely exquisite. I worry about freshness due to Covid with the lack of diners but not here. The seafood was as fresh and as flavorful as can be. We had grilled pulpo, which was all sliced over shredded cabbage. It was cooked perfectly, not too chewy and seasoned well. The marinated monkfish was also spectacular. It was immersed in the most delightful tomato sauce with little clams. The fish was not over cooked and was bursting with flavor. I couldn't get enough of the Marina sauce and had to eat it like a soup. The star of the meal, if it could get any better, was the mixed grilled fish. It was as if they went out, caught it, grilled it, and served it to me. The plate was loaded with all types of fish. Each one was like a taste of Andalucia. The flavors were delicate and bold all at once because of the variety of fish on the plate. Most of all this has to have been the biggest bargain at 15€ for about 2 pounds of fish. The menu is extensive so you can get seafood about any way you could think and meat is available as well. I looked around an every plate I saw looked like something I would love to try. This restaurant is fantastic and to me it was a real bargain! I would certainly return.

We had a fine dinner here this evening -- a long walk from our AirBnB but worth every step, ALl…read morethe dishes were excellent (wel, spaghetti bolognese at a Moroccan restaurant? it was what our young granddaughter wanted, and she ate it heartily). I had Harira as a starter, very nicely done, and son Sam had lentil soup hooing it would appeal to the toddler (sadly he not want the lentils, just the broth -- but he too chowed down on the spaghetti). We ended up with several tagines -- I only tasted my own, the classic lamb with apricot and prunes, and it was excellent. My wife got the pastela and we got the briouat -- both were excellent. Our grandson had couscous with kefte and was pleased with it as well. They do not serve alcohol but almost all of us had the house-made lemonade with mint. The atmosphere was festive, with music from an Arab orchestra being shown on a large screen and piped throughout the restaurant. Heavily and prettily decorated, and the service was not only efficient but very friendly, with much attention to the children. It was getting late and we were taking home leftovers, but the dessert menu and dessert display were enticing, so we went for it. I had the tarta piconino, described as being the product of a local convent, Nafisa had the tart with three chocolates -- maybe just a little too rich. Our granddaughter had perhaps the bext dessert -- an almond tart stuffed with a layer of ground dates, and our grandson's tart with arroz con leche was an interesting presentation of that classic Spanish dessert. Nice place -- try it!

I found the recommendation for this place on Condé Nast. Kind of surprising…read more If you want arabic, mediterranean food in Granada, it's a good sit down option. The ambience is appropriately styled. Service was fast, but they were kind of dismissive which tainted the experience. The food was kinda B, B-
