Out on the street, you would think this was just a little delicatessen, an épicerie fine. But inside, well, yes, there is the delicatessen, but behind, there is a restaurant!
Just a few tables, around 20 covers. But oh so Gascon! Naturally, the duck specialities of the region figure prominently, and if you can, savour owner Béatrice Encausse's speciality Le Croq Foie Gras, if possible with a bottle of Château Cransac Renaissance Blanc VDP Comté Tolosan.
If you prefer a salad, Mme Encausse has a whole blackboard full of good things to choose from.
A three-course meal will cost around 13 euros, wine included, two courses around 9 euros. (You can choose which two courses!)
And don't forget to have a coffee, because you'll just love the little chocolate treat she serves with it!
