I think L'Oréal is a good drugstore cosmetics, skincare, and personal items line which means it's available 24/7 and works well for a last minute purchase like mascara, or face cream for Momma. You can find L'Oréal in Walgreens, CVS stores, and Target. I like their mascaras and their hair sprays. I'm not sure their decision to hire Amber Heard as an ambassador was a smart move.
