Not the best customer service. The woman working there was more concerned with dancing to the…read morestore's music than helping me find a nice scent. I asked her to smell specific perfumes and she would tell me that they dont have it or rudely ask which one like when I asked to small "Burberry for women"... its literally called burberry for women... and was the only one labeled that in front of her... They dont have testers for all of the perfumes which also makes it tough to find the right scent. The ones that do have testers, you could only smell about 4-5, which would have been fine if the woman actually helped me instead of rolling her eyes at me and dancing... This place has potential, just get better employees with better customer service skills if you actually want to sell stuff. And making sure that every perfume has a tester is also helpful.

Buyer beware. There are some deals to be had in this place but honestly I don't think these…read moreperfumes and colognes are authentic. Listen....I'm cheap. Really cheap. I will stalk an expensive brand for at least a year, hoping for sales before I commit to buying. With that said, nothing in this store smelled the same as when I stalk them at, say, Nordstrom. These are knockoffs...I suspect. Some of them smelled slightly off, others smelled like something totally different. With that said, it's a cute little store, and if you're into affordable scents and bundle deals, you'll find some here.

It's no secret that women of color like myself, deal with or will deal with eye puffiness as we age. So I met Lena, who works in the Concourse B location. We laughed and talked about eye care, facial care and application sanitation. I learned some stuff during our meaningful conversation. Lena suggested Kiehl's creamy eye treatment with avocado. Avocado oil moisturizes the delicate eye area. Squalane oil acts as an emollient to aid in the skin's moisture loss. It helps hydrate the skin which is the underlying cause of eye puffiness. We laughed because I said, I've tried everything under the sun. I do mean everything. Lena said that I hadn't tried this. After deeper conversation, I decided to give it a try. I'm so glad I did. Lena said that my eyes will look brighter. Yes, they do. Lena said that the puffiness will start reducing in a day or two. YES, it is day 2 today (1.15.25) and the puffiness is almost non visible. I should have taken a before and after picture. Not only that, Lena gave me some samples to try. One is Calendula Herbal Extract Toner. This toner is used to balance the skin's natural oils and soothe the skin. It's good for all types of skin. The 2nd is for Corrective Dark Spots. I'm going to share this with my daughter. I am now a Kiehl's Fan! Ladies look them up. www.kiehls.com You'll be glad that you did.

Their soaps and grooming products are always great to give as gifts and people appreciate them since the quality is very good. The original Kiehl's apothecary first served patrons at the corner of 13th Street and Third Avenue in New York City, back in 1851. In 1921, Mr. Irving Morse, John Kiehl's apprentice, takes over the business and expands the offerings to a full-service pharmacy, stocking teas, herbs, tinctures, honeys, and the first-ever Kiehl brand products, including the Original Musk Oil, their signature scent. Irving Morse makes "Try Before You Buy" the pharmacy's unofficial motto. This principle of personalized customer service, together with generous sampling, has remained a Kiehl's tradition for more than 95 years....that is why it's easy to try any of their creams and items before you buy the full size product.
