I would give 0 stars if I could.
These crooks charged me $452 for a 10 minute tow. They originally charged $525 which included $65 for a roadside cleanup. When I informed them I was the one who cleaned up the parts from the road myself and I have dash cam footage to prove it they were so kind to drop that fee. Besides, I didn't ask for a cleanup crew, I asked for a tow. Just do your job.
I spoke with two people there, the older guy who towed my car and then someone named Nick. Both told me the fee was so high because there was a collision with a deer. WHAT? Who cares what was hit, how does hitting a deer vs. another vehicle, tree, or whatever justify the ludicrous amount for a 10 minute tow?
Nick told me he had a "professional driver" pick up my car. That would be the guy who couldn't start my vehicle and I literally had to reach through the window and press the Start Engine button for him. Then he drove the car 8 feet up the ramp of the flatbed. That makes him a professional I guess. And yes, there is also dash cam footage from my other vehicle that recorded all this when my wife came to pick me up.
I informed Nick if he wasn't reasonable about the towing fee that I was going to post this and he told me to go ahead. So here it is, Nick, just for you. Showing the community what kind of a shady business you operate.
