I'm giving this company 5 stars because they totally rocked the job they did for me!…read moreI was moving out of my apartment and had a lot of stuff that I wasn't going to be taking to my new place but didn't have any way to get rid of it. I didn't know what I was going to do or who I was going to call. I did some searching around and made some calls and this place gave me a fair quote on how much stuff I needed to get rid of. The day they were scheduled to show up was interesting because life throws curve balls when least expected. One of the guys had called out. So it ended up being just one guy there to take out all of my stuff but he was a FREAK'IN BEAST!!!!! (I think his name was Alvin but I'm horrible at remembering names.) My apartment was on the 2nd floor, with no elevator, and that guy took everything out by himself, including the sectional sofa I was getting rid of. I'm telling you, ... This company keeps their word and they will get the job done. No Matter What!!!! You can tell this company is run by former Military people because they will adapt, improvise, and overcome! Thank you so much for helping me to get rid of the unnecessary items in my life and hopefully find a home for some of the items that might have had some life left in them. I would definitely recommend this company if you are looking to have any junk, or other items hauled away. Thanks again JHJ Removal. Sincerely, Tristan Obenshain

This company should NOT be on the list of available furniture movers from RTG Outlet. They failed…read moreto take apart our leather recliner (which is a very quick process) and RIPPED the side of it as they struggled their way up the stairs AND caused 3 gouges in our wall. On my sales document from RTG Outlet there is not ONE mention of a tear on the side, because it didn't exist at that time, yet Rebekah from Next Level told me they are denying our claim. This company is filled with incompetent employees who don't care about others or their property. If you're looking for someone to damage your furniture, sweat all over it in the process, complain the entire time, damage your home, and call you a liar, then this is the moving company for you! If not...call someone else! No one else should have to experience this (next) level of incompetence!

So, prepare for very off estimates. 2. Customer Service is terrible, and nobody answer any questions and differ you to the next person. 3. I paid for full packaging service; they packed my drawer stuff in a trash bag! very unprofessional. 4. They don't pack the furniture very well, so they damaged most of my furniture's and broke my bone China's. 5. They didn't cover the rugs at all, so they get so dirty. 6. They used a tape on all my stuff for packing, hard to clean them from the surface of furniture. 7. They used my toilet rugs to pack my gym stuff! UNBELEIVABLE!!! 8.
