We stayed here in this little village for four nights. A wonderful, quiet and charming place to be. Loved every minute of it. About 5' away from our holiday home was this little lake. You can walk on both sides, the eastern side is a bit easier to walk though. It's so quiet, so green, so peaceful. There's a small dock halfway around. We enjoyed just sitting there by the water and taking in this great scenery. There were only a handful of people. Mostly locals, some having a picnic. This area doesn't see many international tourists. And that's not a bad thing. We really liked the atmosphere here. And a walk to the lake was our daily routine. Our Bulldog loved it as well. There's also a WWII memorial not far from here, a restaurant and a public parking lot just across the road. If you look for a quiet and peaceful spot in northern France, look no further. We wished we could've stayed longer. read more
